Norbert Asare, MBA, MPH

Norbert Asare is a dedicated public health specialist and community care worker with an extensive background in health services, bolstered by his MBA and MPH degrees from Louisiana State University. With years of experience working with various state agencies, including the Department of State Health Services, Harris County Public Health, and Texas Health and Human Services, Norbert has a profound understanding of the complexities surrounding addiction and recovery. Motivated by personal experiences and a deep-seated passion for improving the lives of others, Norbert has chosen to open a sober living house, recognizing the critical need for supportive transitional environments for individuals in recovery. His journey is not only professional but also personal; he understands the challenges faced by those battling addiction and the importance of community support in fostering lasting recovery. Norbert’s approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for residents. He believes that recovery is a multifaceted journey that requires not just clinical support, but also a sense of belonging and connection.
